SUMMER CAMP SIGN-UP
Registration for the Thunder Bay Museum Summer camps is open. We offer 7 week-long summer camps consisting of different themes. There should be something to interest every camper.
HOW TO REGISTER
To register for our camps you MUST fill out a registration form for each week and each child you are registering.
Please click the registration link below. This link will bring you to a page with a registration column. At the bottom of the column, there is a button marked register. Click and then choose the week/s you wish to register, click the link and fill in the form. You MUST do this for each child and each week you want your child/ren to attend.
Please note that there are only 12 spaces per week long camp.

IMPORTANT! You must complete and submit the
EMERGENCY CONTACT FORM WHICH INCLUDES SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS AND ALLERGIES AND PHOTO RELEASE FORM.

Complete and submit both the emergency contact form and photo release two weeks in advance of your child's start date. This will ensure that any allergies or medical needs are properly accommodated.

Summer Camp runs from 9:00am - 4:00pm with drop off times between 9:00am - 9:30am and pick up times between 4:00pm - 4:30pm. Camp is for children ages 6-12.
**Other forms and further updates will be sent in an additional email closer to the camp start date.

Please note that Summer Camp weeks will be cancelled with full refunds and up to 1 week's notice if there are:
- Under registered camp weeks (e.g. less than 50% attendance)
- Concerns about health risks
- Issues with staff availability
